    Dulu waktu masih kerja di Banyan Tree Ungasan, ada chef Muda berbakat namanya Mandif Warokka yang handle Ju-Ma-na restaurant

    dia juga punya menu molecular gastronomy

    a little bit weird tapi Fun... ada minuman yang dicampur dengan strawberry caviar
    minuman campuran champagne dan air perasan red rose

    pokok nya beyond imagination

    cuma harganya juga mahal...kaya yang champagne campur air perasan red rose itu kalo ngga salah harganya IDr 250,000++ per glass
