Diet Mayo adalah merupakan cara diet cepat dengan tidak menggunakan garam pada setiap makanan yang dikomsumsi.
Kalau sudah mulai mayo sarapannya pilih salah satu ini..
1. wholemeal toast tanpa spread,
2. granola/muesli tanpa gula pakai skim milk,
3. kalau cereal bisa weetbix sama jg pakai skim milk,
4. juice,
5. telur (hardboiled/scrambled tanpa garam),
6. plain yogurt no sugar,
Harus banyak minum air, tapi jangan air dingin yaa.
Dinner jangan lewat jam 19.00
Diusahakan setelah jam 19.00 jangan makan/snacking lagi.
