    nyalip...belum pernah, tapi ada di supermarket kalo ntar aku mau nyoba.

    Yoghurt emang katanya diary product paling bagus. Aslinya aku nggak suka, kan asem. Sekarang sudah ketemu solusinya yaitu jadi campuran salad buah.

    Saya kalo liat orang makan yogurt kayanya kok enak banget, kan banyak tuh sekarang tempat2 nongkrong yang jualan frozen yogurt kaya tempat eskrim. tapi tiap kali coba ikut makan, ugh, ga tahan. Kaya makanan basi Saya suka asem, but not like this it is an acquired kayanya ya

    Laporan kemaren

    Brunch: nasi goreng nenas thai sisa kemaren
    Snack: pistachio, dan segelas milo susu sebelum olahraga
    Dinner: salad dengan bumbu pecel, dan sup sayur

    Olahraga:
    - belanja dan jalan2 keliling neighborhood sekitar 2 jam-an, mumpung cuaca lagi enak
    - dilanjutin ke gym. Jogging 30 min (3.2 km), dan strengthening exercises 30 min

    Pengakuan dosa:
    - beli coklat2 lagi. Tapi blom dimakan sih
    - begadang lagi, jadi kemaren cuman tidur 4.5 jam
