    BMI Jan 2012: 25.5 <- overweight karena BMI normalku di range 18.5-24.9
    BMI Maret 2013: 22.2 <- normal sudah, tapi lemak2nya masih numpuk di beberapa tempat.
    Target BMI: 20.6 <- dengan harapan lemak2 gak penting sudah pada luntur semua at this point.

    Menu kemarin
    Sarapan: oatmeal, susu dan 1 sdt gula
    Lunch: Tumis sayur dan kebab leftover, roti 2 lembar
    Snack: empek2 6 potong dan yoghurt mango - ini sih bukan snack lagi sebetulnya
    Dinner: salad buah sepiring besar + empek2 2 potong

    Lumayan sehat apa enggak ya? Aku jarang ngemil, paling wafel kalo lagi ada. Biasanya kalo laper bukan di jam makan ya ngemil yoghurt ato pisang.

    Olah raga:
    Yang pasti jalan kaki dan naik turun tangga, PP minimal dua puluh menit kalo belanja dan sekalian latihan beban pulangnya gendong belanjaan di tas ransel.
    Yoga jarang.
    Wall climbing seminggu sekali.
