We have recently found several blockages in shows in university owned accommodation, most commonly caused by human hair.

However, over last term we found many of these blockages to be caused by large quantities of what we have now determined to be semen. This is intolerable and we shall be tracing the culprits by means of DNA matching if the problem persists.

May we advise students who wish to ********** to do so in the comfort of their own room, rather than in the showers.

pernah baca juga surat serupa tak sama yang dirilis salah satu universitas di US,
ga pake ancaman trace DNA tapi menyebutkan maintenance cost untuk blockages removal tinggi

I agree with Bradon, can't imagine how much semen in NTU so it blocked the water. Semen should be soluble, isn't it?

I never been in NTU but usually a shower room in dormitory have more than one shower in one room, right? Separated by small chamber.

It is make sense for student to have their allocated shower-time in the same time. However, I can't imagine all of them have the same idea to do 'that' while they aware their friend was in the next chamber.
