I agree, baking or cooking can be pricy. I like to start with the left over; I check what's left in the fridge or kitchen cupboard first then I'll buy the rest of the ingredients.

Finally made the molten lava cake today with hazelnut biscuit crumbs, mascarpone cream and espresso syrup. It's very rich, moist and the centre is still runny like lava. Am very happy with it.
