    Waktu kecil gw suka bantuin tetangga yg juragan tempe, kena jatah ngidak, jadi kedele udah direbus trus ditaro di dunak, yg kayak baskom besar tapi dari jalinan bambu. Trus kaki harus dicuci bersih sebelum injek2 itu kedele mpe lepas dari kulit arinya. Skr lain modelnya, kedele rebus masukin ke karung, iket, trus diinjak2

    yg mahal itu kedelai impor, dari thailand ya? itu biji kedele super. jadi kalo dibikin tempe, tempenya bisa mekar bagus. kalo pake kedele lokal susah, ga dapet struktur yg diinginkan. begitu cerita pengerajin
