Saking pinternya memecahkan kasus, dia malah dicurigain polisi sbg pelaku (di eps 1 season 1) kejahatan tsb, jadi buat ngeles..si Shawn ngaku kalo punya indra ke-enam alias suka dapet terawangan2 gitu lah.
Akhirnya, Shawn en sobat kentalnya Gus, bikin biro detektif cenayang. Berdua mereka memecahkan kasus demi kasus bersama 2 org polisi yg awalnya underestimated ama mereka berdua, tp ujung2nya malah jadi sobatan (walaupun masih suka berantem).

Kepada Daniel-lah Maddie mencurahkan segenap perasaannya. Namun kebaikan Chef Daniel kadang mencurigakan. Dialah yang paling mendapat keuntungan bila Maddie mengundurkan diri dari The Avilon.

Satu kendala Maddie adalah kehadiran saingan utamanya, Chef Alex Markus yang diperankan Stephen Rahman-Hughes, aktor dan vokalis opera asal Inggris. Alex digambarkan sebagai sosok perfeksionis yang ingin segala sesuatu berjalan sesuai yang ia inginkan. Jelas Alex menjadi orang yang paling diuntungkan apabila Maddie mundur dari The Avilon.

Tidak hanya Alex. Kehadiran Selena juga menambah panas suasana The Avilon. Karakter Selena yang diperankan Rosemary Vandenbroucke, ikon fesyen dari Hong Kong, adalah sosok bermuka dua. Ia banyak menyimpan rencana busuk untuk menghancurkan Maddie dan memenangkan hati Alex. Selena menutupi semua rencananya di balik wajah cantik, tubuh seksi, dan sikap yang sok ramah.

Peran General Manager The Avilon adalah Harry Shaw yang diperankan oleh Arthur Acuna, aktor berbakat dari New York yang terkenal di Amerika dan Filipina.

Ada yang pernah ngikutin Serial ini? Trauma, ceritanya tentang Paramedis SFFD. Selain bercerita seputar kecelakaan yang terjadi disekitar San Francisco, serial ini juga mencritakan tentang kehidupan para kru dan bagaimana masalah pribadi mereka mempengaruhi kinerja mereka di lapangan. Ada yang pernah ngikutin Serial ini? Trauma, ceritanya tentang Paramedis SFFD. Selain bercerita seputar kecelakaan yang terjadi disekitar San Francisco, serial ini juga mencritakan tentang kehidupan para kru dan bagaimana masalah pribadi mereka mempengaruhi kinerja mereka di lapangan. Serial juga ini menampilkan banyak adegan berdarah dan kadang disturbing pictures. Menurut gua seri ini cukup seru untuk diikutin, tapi sayangnya serial ini hanya memiliki 1 season yang terdiri dari 18 episode .

Grimm dah tayang sejak lama, sejak oktober 2011, ampe sekarang dah 13 episode. saya rutin ikutin sejak lama. serial yg mayan bagus--sebagai hiburan.

ceritanya tentang seorang detektif polisi yg ternyata memiliki hubungan darah dg Grimm Bersaudara (penulis kisah dongeng2 Putri Salju, dll). Lalu terjadi berbagai kasus pembunuhan misterius yg gak bisa dipecahkan secara forensik biasa, karena pembunuhnya adalah makhluk2 dongeng dr dunia dongeng Grimm--jadi Grimm nulis dongengnya bukan dr hayalan dia, tp dari dunia dongeng yg beneran ada. Grimm punya akses ke dunia dongeng karena memiliki kunci ajaib.

Maka para makhluk dongeng yg kejam2 pun berusaha membunuh semua keturunan Grimm (termasuk si detektif tadi) untuk merebut kunci ajaib tsb. Tak terelakan banyak korban berjatuhan yg melibatkan makhluk2 misterius. nah si detektif tadi kebagian tugas menyelidika kasus pembunuhan aneh tsb. ya gituh deh ;D

sebagian tontonan di kala santai, mayan lah. bukan serial yg terlalu istimewa, segi efeknya juga biasa-biasa saja. tapi drpd bengong, not bad :D

Serial ini sebenarnya lumayan, Tapi karena ratingnya tidak bagus jadi cuma 1 season saja (18 episode). Kalau mau dilanjutkan lagi mungkin harus ada penyesuaian setting karena itu serial tahun 2007, misalnya setting Highschool diubah jadi Universitas karena sekarang pemainnya pasti sudah ketuaan. Adhir Kalyan (kelahiran 1983) dan Dan Byrd (kelahiran 1985) pasti sudah tidak pas lagi berperan sebagai anak SMA.

Secara pribadi saya suka serial ini tetapi saya lebih suka dengan Little Mosque on The Prairie karena ceritanya lebih kompleks.

Ya itu biasa sih begitu. Sama juga seperti Stargate, penggemar SG-1 banyak yang bete ketika menonton Stargate Universe.

Kalau soal Star Trek memang buat banyak orang TNG sangat berkesan. Star Trek pertama yang saya tonton dengan kesadaran penuh juga TNG. Namun TOS sangat berkesan buat saya karena itu adalah Star Trek pertama yang saya tonton. Walaupun dulu nontonnya tidak dengan kesadaran penuh karena saya masih kecil waktu nonton TOS di TVRI tahun 1976-1977. Maklum saja, pada kurun waktu tersebut TVRI tidak memberi subtitle Indonesia untuk serial asing. Mereka hanya membacakan sinopsis cerita yang hanya sepanjang 2-3 paragraf sebelum menayangkan filmnya. Waktu itu saya belum bisa berbahasa Inggris (ya sekarang juga tetap kacau sih ! hehehe !) Jadi seringkali saya hanya takjub saja melihat adegan demi adegan di serial itu. Karena diputar larut malam maka saya hanya sempat menyaksikan beberapa episode saja, tapi itu sudah cukup meninggalkan pesan yang mendalam di benak anak kecil seperti saya. Kemudian saya tahun 90an SCTV juga pernah menayangkan TOS. Tapi karena ditayangkan siang hari jadi saya tidak sempat menonton secara lengkap. Baru tahun 2009 saya menonton seluruh episode TOS.

ayah Dexter sudah sadar akan kelainan jiwa anaknya sehingga menasihati dia agar hanya membunuh orang2 jahat yg memang layak untuk dibunuh.

Maka Dexter kemudian bekerja sebagai tim forensik di kepolisian, dia melacak penjahat2 yg berhasil lolos dari hukum, menculik, menyiksa dan membunuh mereka.

Sebagai psyco, Dexter bisa berpikir normal, tapi tidak mampu berempati, juga tidak punya gairah seksual. Kebetulan Dexter menemukan seorang wanita yg mengalami trauma seksual, lalu mereka berdua pacaran, tanpa seks :))

Ini di-visualkan dengan amat sangat keren and membingungkan, karena dia bisa kaya timelapse gitu deh, and suka hallucinate (eg. liat korban lah yang udah ga ada)...
Serunya adalah, dia psych consulte sama psychiatrist jago yang namanya adalah "Hannibal Lecter" (Yup, that one)... :D

OK. Ini serial di bunuh sama network-nya sendiri. Network yang emang punya reputasi suka nge-bunuh serial2 dengan fans banyak. But, that's a story for another time...
Anyway, ini serial komedi tentang seorang master chef, yang setelah berurusan dengan hukum berkali2 karena gaya hidup-nya yang ala rockstar(***-drugs-booze and souffle), berusaha kembali lagi ke dunia masak memasak dengan bantuan crew yang sama error-nya. Dan, restorant tempat dia kerja sekarang... di miliki oleh honourable mafia boss(ada isu head-chef sebelumnya di buat menghilang).

Di bintangi oleh Xander Harris, Harold/Hikaru Sulu, Templeton "Faceman" Peck sebagai head-chef, dan ada Dr. Sweets juga.
Di dasari dari buku biografi Anthony Bourdain, a real life wacky-awesome master chef, dengan judul sama.

hannibal memang bagus, kalau dibanding dexter, lebih dark hannibal imo (mgkn karena setting cerita kali ya, dexter kan settingnya di kota yang cerah gitu, hannibal settingnya di tempat gelap2), gw hannibal sih suka cinematografinya, indah banget, adegan grotesque nya sama sekali ga bikin jijik, itu masakan daging manusia malah bikin lapar semua ;D

sekarang lg nonton Revolution sama Suburgatory

Revolution gw coba nonton karena yang bikin Eric Kripke (gw fans beratnya Supernatural ;D ) sama JJ Abram, baru sampai eps 10, well yah mnurut gw bukan boring sih, cuman gw ga demen sama karakter cewe kayak Charlie (mengingatkan gw sama karakter2 cewe di TWD), tipe2 yang sok kuat tapi kebanyakan nyusahin dan ujung2nya jadi damsel in distress doank. dan expresi aktris yang meranin Charlie itu terlalu datar (padahal mukanya mirip sama Uma Thurman). Alasan kedua nonton, karena bromance nya Miles sama Monroe ::hihi::

Suburgatory lucuuuuuuu, lucu banget deh! kisah bapak yang nemu kontrasepsi di kamar anak cewenya dan karena itu pindah ke suburban (biar anak cewenya ga melenceng ke jalan yang salah di kota), dan ternyata penduduk suburban itu mayoritas kampungan yang korban mode semua (jadinya justru kehidupannya lebih melenceng drpd di kota ;D ) bapaknya ganteeeenggg, lucu dan charming dan anak perempuannya (Tessa) cantik. Si Tessa nya nyinyir banget dan bapaknya berusaha supaya bisa berasimilasi di kota barunya ;D

oh ya kelupaan, gw juga nonton Teen Wolf, udah sampai season 3 cuman gw baru nonton season 2. iya emang judulnya bikin dahi mengernyit ;D tapi surprisingly ceritanya lumayan loh. karakter development nya bagus dan karakter cewe2nya juga ga lemah. soundtreknya keren2. ini tipe2 twilight sih, cuman kalo dibandingin sama twilight jelas jauh lebih bagus ini. tapi kalo yang ga tahan liat body sixpack topless keliaran mending ga usah nonton ;D

Mungkin seharusnya ini masuk bagian "nonton apa hari ini", tapi gue nggak yakin, berhubung bagian itu udah amat sangat tersaturasi sama drama korea. Mungkin seharusnya bagian itu ganti aja tajuknya jadi "Nonton Drama Korea Apa Hari Ini".

Eniwei, seri baru ini berakar dari bukunya Bram Stoker, dengan beberapa modifikasi. Di seri ini, Van Helsing harus membebaskan dan bersekutu dengan Vlad untuk berhadapan dengan konspirasi Bigger Bads. Vlad juga nggak 'suka rela' jadi Vampire, dan motifnya untuk carnage dan over all 'evil' adalah revenge plot.
So, premis umumnya, Dracula yang seri ini, seperti campuran antara "Bram Stoker's Dracula", "Alex Dumas' The Count of Monte Cristo".... Dan "Nolan's The Dark Knight". Dengan latar belakang Eropa abad pertengahan serta proses riset, penemuan dan pengembangan bisnis lampu listrik(I smell a wiff of steampunky aroma there).

So, Dark Knight-ish steampunky Dracula... Heck Yea ! B-)

Dan nama aliasnya Dracula, Alexander Grayson.... masih ada hubungan sama Robert Grayson ? Subtle. ::hihi::
